Using latest released MD and MT (3.0.9?)

The iPhone Options screen is highly inconsistent.

If I set the project/solution to Debug/Sim, I get Debug/Sim in options.
If I set the project/solution to Debug/Device, I get Debug/Sim in options. Not
obvious!

Same for release. this appears to work ok for the bundle signing page tho?

A button pushing the current pages changes to all (or a section) of other
config's would be nice, but not sure how to take just the none-debug ones - eg
only push over SDK/min versions? UX is hard for that one.
