Hmm, I don't see this at all.  Once the profile is deleted, the dialog is still
there.

- VS2008 or VS2010?
- Does it only happen when you delete the last profile, or when there are
multiple profiles?

QA, can you repro this?

Allowing multiple selections breaks the other scenarios, like choosing the
profile to run, or edit profile.  IE, what happens if you select 2 profiles and
hit OK?
