When browsing for services, add and remove events are raised properly, unless
you resolve a service.  Once a service is resolved, the Process() loop ends
with a "BadRef" and returns good resolution information, however nothing else
raises.

I've tested this using the MZClient.exe currently available for download, also
I used the SVN source to test this in place in my app, and the same behavior
occurs.
