in linux, right click on the monotools gui server tray icon, and select
preferences.  Click on the Network tab.  Observer settings you can't change,
but which it appears that you can. 

Make it easier to find these values - and display them as read-only text. 
(Labels would be nice if you can copy&paste values out.  Otherwise, the text
fields
need to be grayed out.

Maybe these don't belong on the network tab at all, and the interface should be
listed in the context menu for the tray icon.
