Difference in ErrorProvider control on .net and mono

Description of Problem:


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create Form
2. Add TableLayoutPanel
3. Add TextBox to TableLayoutPanel
4. Add ErrorProvider
5. Show error using ErrorProvider on TextBox
