This is a follow-up to #512115 (you may wish to reopen). When drawing a
ToolStripComboBox with OwnerDraw(Fixed), in the DrawItem event the
DrawItemEventArgs.ForeColor should be set to SystemColors.HighlightText for
selected Items. This leads to nearly unreadable selected text. As this is a
ToolStripControlHost class this applies maybe also to the normal ComboBox
class.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.compile and run attached unnamed.cs
2.click on the left Combo, then on the right.
3.see selected item(s) in the right Combo


Expected Results:  
Should look (nearly) like left Combo
