Description of Problem:
when you add a new file to a new folder in monodevelop, the folder doesn't
expand by default. 

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. create a new folder in a project
2. add a new item to it


Actual Results:
folder stays closed

Expected Results:
folder should expand and show you the new item. 

How often does this happen? 
every time.

Additional Information:
should really expand every time you move stuff to a folder as well.
