Description of Problem:
when you copy a section of code that has been collapsed in monodevelop, it only
copies the first line

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. collapse a bit of code (click the "-")
2. select the line by clicking the line number
3. paste


Actual Results:
you only get the first line

Expected Results:
to get the entire section

How often does this happen? 
on any day that ends in "y"

Additional Information:
i tried to go see sherlock holmes tonight, but it was sold-out. so here i am
entering a bug for monodevelop instead. pretty cool. :|
