Empty directories appear to be omitted when copying bin/Debug files to the
/tmp/mono-vs* directory.  Applications may use empty folders are temporary
storage locations.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create empty folder in bin/Debug folder
2. Debug Remotely
3. View folder under /tmp/mono-vs*
Actual Results:  
Directory is not created.

Expected Results:  
Directory is created.
