I removed the VM from VMWare Server, downloaded the latest, installed it,
started it, logged into it.  Then, statically set the VM's network adapter IP.

Back on my Win 7 desktop, rebooted, logged into VM, started VS, loaded Project
B, turned off all exceptions, debugged remotely SUCCESSFULLY!

For now, I'm not going to turn on all exceptions because I think that is my
problem.  I'll just turn on exceptions that I'm interested in and work that
way.
