Exception dialog

Remote debugging doesn't work due to missing (or supposedly missing)
Mono.UIAutomation.Winforms.dll.  See attached image for complete error message.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load/create project in VS 2008 (presumably that takes advantage of
Mono.UIAutomation.Winforms?)
2. Select Mono > Debug Remotely

Actual Results:  
See attached PNG image for error message.

Expected Results:  
Debugged the project remotely.

Using MonoVS 1.0 on openSuSE 11.1 VM image, VS 2008 on Windows 7 with activated
Mono Tools for Visual Studio 1.0.  Run Locally and Run Remotely work correctly
with the related project.  Debug Remotely works with test application however.
