I'm getting the error too.

I can see two issues:

1 - content-id of linkedresources are missing. 
For example, under content-transfer-encoding: base64 it should be content-id:
<header_left>

2 - HTML content (body) should be of type "text/html"


When I manually fixe these mistakes, the message is shown correctly.
