This is a follow-up to #511267 (which is declared resolved, you may reopen the
latter).
When setting SelectedText property of a RichTextBox, the Modified property
should be set to true.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.compile and run attached testcase

Actual Results:  
Modified property is false (as shown in window caption)

Expected Results:  
Modified should be set to true.
