Some RTF strings cause an Exception when loaded as Rtf property.
In the attached testcase a file "ExprEvaluator.rtf" is loaded into a
RichTextBox, which leads to the exception. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.compile and run attached testcase

Actual Results:  
IndexOutOfRangeException


This seems not to be happen in OpenSuse Linux
