It looks like this might be caused by a project file not being in the same path
as the solution file.

Can you please describe your solution file setup?

Like:

solution:
C:\Projects\MyApp\MyApp.sln

projects:
C:\Projects\MyApp\MyProject\MyProject.csproj
C:\Projects\MyApp\MyLibrary\MyLibrary.csproj
