Output of WaitAnyTests2 w/ gdb backtrace

This is an example of running a slightly older version of the attached
WaitAnyTests2 which did not print timestamps or timeout after 5 minutes of
waiting.

It includes the console output, the output of mono_locks_dump and a thread
backtrace from gdb with Mono method signatures inserted from call mono_pmip().
Non relevant threads have removed from the backtrace.
