I did not provide a handler or a delegate.

By overriding the method FoundService(...) I am normally notified when a new
service is found. This is the standard way to work.

Do you suggest adding event handlers or delegates?
If yes could you provide some code snippets?

The code provided by Centk with his own bindings worked that way.
