Patch to source dir, which corrects configure.in file

There is an error in ./configure script which breaks configure procedure before
it ends on standard Slackware 13 installation. This can be corrected by the
patch I've attached, which corrects configure.in. All one need is to apply the
patch and run "autoconf".
