That's the easy part, Wally.  ;-)

I was suggesting the way we manage the other behaviors Jonathan was warning
about.  What do we do if a device isn't present?  How do we allow the developer
to choose a different default device?  MonoTouch/MonoDevelop manage this with
"Run With" menu option in the Run menu.  Behavior for WP7 is similar (there is
a drop down next to the run button on the toolbar that has Windows Phone 7
Emulator and Windows Phone 7 Device as selectable options.)
