Gabriel, you're right - I've been reading "SqliteClient" all the time for some
reason :). To clarify:

- Mono.Data.Sqlite.dll is the "blessed" assembly to use, but starting from 2.7+ 
it does NOT contain any 1.1 legacy code. The SqliteBusyException type was
1.1-only and is gone from 2.7+ as well.

- Mono.Data.SqliteClient.dll is deprecated and gone from 2.7+
