Thanks for the modified test case Marek. The Mono version is reporting as
'/trunk/mono r141475' on my system. 

I've tested with the VMWare 'Mono 2.4.2.3' image from the Mono site by copying
your test case into '/home/rupert/Desktop/MonoTest' and then running xsp2 from
this location. The error does occur although I am not sure if the Mono version
of this image pre-dates the original fix. If this image should include the fix
then it may be one option to reproduce. Otherwise I'll try and work out why my
system is having this issue but its not reproducible elsewhere. Thanks again.
