Description of Problem:
Error when analyzing solution

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. In Visual Studio 2008 -- Opened solution/project, clicked Mono > Analyze for
Mono Migration (MoMA)
2. Error dialog comes up "There was an error trying to scan the solution."


Actual Results:
Clicking on "?" icon produced this:
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x8002802B): Element not found.
(Exception from HRESULT: 0x8002802B (TYPE_E_ELEMENTNOTFOUND))
at EnvDTE.Configuration.get_Properties()
at Novell.MonoVS.Utilities.GetConfProperty(Project project, String property)
at Novell.MonoVS.RunInMomaRunner.Run()


Expected Results:
Should expect the same result when I run the standalone MoMA.
