Description of Problem:
During the testing of monovs-0.5.4128 (I have installed
mono-2.4.2.3-gtksharp-2.12.9-win32-3) when I few times run my asp.net web
application in Visual Studio 2008 Professional edition with normal .net 3.5sp1
debugging and few times with Run locally in mono I get the error:

xps failed to start

When I get this error, then I can't run my web application with Run locally in
mono anymore unless I restart PC.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run web application few times (maybe 20) with F5 (debugging) and few times
(maybe 15) with Run locally in mono.

Actual Results:

Expected Results:
Continue to develop my web application in Visual Studio running either on .net
3.5sp1 or mono.

How often does this happen? 
I have encountered this once today.
