Not for that service, because it isn't mine. However, it seems to be any old
service that's affected by the shutdown delay. I am attaching a 'hello world'
service project and a modified client that calls it. It is looking for a
DNS/host entry named 'webservicetest2005' to run unmodified. I hosted this
under IIS 6 and called it from the modified client and experienced a similar
shutdown delay.
