This issue is not related to SqlCommandBuilder or SqlDataAdapter. The report is
not even about SqlClient. However, I can still reproduce the issue using
SqlClient, which makes it clear that it is a problem in DbDataAdapter.

I've attached a patch that fixes the problem. Let me know if you want me to
commit this or not.
