Gert: I am already working on this and Yes, bug#421336 and bug#507663 talk
about similar issues.

The changes would involve cleaning up SqlCommandBuilder and SqlDataAdapter to
actually use the base's commands and adapters.  Will update the bug once I am
through with my tests.
