I saw this behavior (ie: 16 colors, no scrolling) on 2 different computers, and
they don't have any special settings... On the other hand, they have .NET 3.5
on top of 2.0, but I assumed that wouldn't make a difference (and Mono doesn't
have compilation flags for 3.0 or 3.5, if I'm not mistaken).

Would be nice if other people could check out the test case and report how many
colors they see without scrolling.
