Attaching all the datils asked for in  zip file. 
Following are the zip file contents, 

access_log
error_log
WebServiceHandlerFactory.cs(Modified)
Simias.conf(apache mod_mono simias configuration file)
web.conf(Service web.conf)

Some DiscoveryService.asmx requests are failing and some are going through.
