Rolf made a change that's supposed to improve this but I'm still seeing it
sometimes if I was logged in.  I think that the cookies are not expiring at the
same time as their validity for authentication is expiring.  Flushing my
cookies allows me to see the page.

Perhaps when an auth failure like that occurs it should be handled and the user
logged out (cookies flushed)?
