Not being an expert on the C# I have no idea what is the expected behaviour,
only that the exception thrown in NHibernate means NHibernate cannot work on
Mono.

I created my own version of the NHibernate API with the dictionary properties
annotated with XmlIgnore and NHibernate seems to function fine on Mono. Before
I look at creating a new test case, do we even have confirmation this is an
issue with Mono or NHibernate?
