As I understand it, the issue is whether Mono XML serialization should ignore
dictionary properties or not, it is whether serialization of dictionary
properties throws an exception and which is correct behaviour.

NET ignores dictionray properties, Mono throws an exception, and NHibernate
relies on .NET ignoring these properties.

The "Get System.InvalidOperationException thrown (see attached stack trace
log)" part should go in the "Actual Results" section of the bug report above.

So the test case is a correct, working test case for MS.NET.
