Description of Problem:


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create windows form with datagridview
2. Set AutoSizeColumnMode to Fill


Actual Results:
Columns to not size to fill DataGridView control 

Expected Results:
Columns width should expand to fill DataGridView control 

How often does this happen? 
Every Time
