Windows now works when executed with MS (note that the changes I did have not
been committed to svn since they're untested on all other platforms).

I added a new makefile target to run with MS: build-ms

Executing with mono fails due to this: "Error getting response stream
(ReadDone2): ReceiveFailure".

I tried checking out mcs/mono and build it to figure out the problem, but it
fails with the same message as the mono-trunk-eglib lane on the machine:
