The issues should be resolved in 137342.

The only issue I'm thinking about is the one related to pressing Enter on one
of the page layout buttons and then the lost of focus, because I think that's a
broken behaviour, since:

a) ToolBar by default doesn't have this behaviour, thus by changing it in the
dialog we are breaking the common usage scenario.
b) After pressing Enter, pressing Shift is not working *at all*.Alt+P in my
machine moves the focus to the numeric control. but Shit should work as well.

That's why I think it's a broken behaviour in .Net (a bug, I would say).

So the last question is: do you really need us to mimic this broken behaviour?
