I can confirm this bug on Windows Vista. I'm using the MVC demo app for Visual
Studio compiled with aspnet_compiler and merged with aspnet_merge. I'm also
using the default '/' application.

Site works with right click "XSP 2.0 Web Server Here 2.4" and fails with "XSP
2.0 Web Server Here 2.4.2". My stack trace is identical to the one above.

The site does work using XSP2 2.4.2 on Microsoft's runtime, so it seems to be a
problem in one of the Mono system libraries.
