- If xsp.exe crashes on us, catch it and show a pretty dialog box instead of a
bad clr crash.
- Bring in a bunch of stuff to support the pretty dialog box.  :/

Fixes the MonoVS side of bug #518520.

Will file a bug for xsp for crashing on this case.
