Summary: [regression] mojoPortal crashes Mono.WebBrowser.WinXsp
when "run locally in mono"...
Classification: Mono
Product: Mono: Tools
Version: MonoVS 0.2
Platform: i586
OS/Version: Windows XP
Status: NEW
Severity: Critical
Priority: P5 - None
Component: Visual Studio Integration
AssignedTo: jpobst at novell.com
ReportedBy: twiest at novell.com
QAContact: mono-bugs at lists.ximian.com
Found By: Component Test
Description of Problem:
If I try to run mojoPortal locally in mono on WinXP, it crashes
Mono.WebBrowser.WinXsp.
If I just hit Run in VS, it runs just fine.
This is a regression, because it worked fine in MonoVS 0.1p1 (I didn't test it
for p2 - p4 because of time constraints).
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Get mojoPortal (we're using 2.2.7.9 because it's what we test in linux as
well)
2. Setup mojoPortal (the db and stuff). If you want, you can use our DB server.
Contact me if you need info on that.
3. Open mojoportal-complete.sln
4. Click Mono->Run Locally in Mono
5. Notice the error dialog (it takes awhile to compile mojoPortal
Actual Results:
Mono.WebBrowser.WinXsp crashes
Expected Results:
mojoPortal should be run.
How often does this happen?
every time.
