tried to use /etc/permissions.d/open-vm-tools instead of packaging the binary
directly suid, but lint also does not like this.

So short term the only thing I can do, until security screened it, is disable
this specific lint check (which is probably ok for Virtualization:VMware, but
not for Factory)

We'll have more chances to pass it through security with the /etc/permissions.d
approach I think.
