When I try to cross compile mono for windows on Ubuntu, following the
instructions from http://mono-project.com/Cross-compiling_Mono_for_Windows, it

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. checkout mono and mcs on Ubuntu
2. cd mono
3. ./build-mingw32.sh /usr i586-mingw32msvc
Actual Results:  
Build fails

Expected Results:  
Build succeeds

I will send in some patches to fix this.
