Which backend are you using?

Launch monodoc from a terminal.  It will print out "using ...", which is the
HTML engine that it's using.  Please copy the output here.

You can change the backend with `monodoc --engine ENGINE_NAME`, where
ENGINE_NAME is one of Gecko, Gtk, MonoWebBrowser, and WebKit.  Try launching
monodoc with a different engine; do you get the same results?
