Just restarting isn't enough for me.  I restarted monodoc 4+ times while trying
to see the behavior under the different HTML engines (Gecko, Gtk,
MonoWebBrowser, Webkit), and none of the backends exhibited the behavior you're
seeing.  (Granted, Gecko wouldn't load for me, which is why I didn't mention it
above, but I _tried_ to load it, which necessitates a restart.)

Part of me wonders if this is a Mono 2.0 issue vs. svn trunk (which I used for
my screenshot), but openSUSE 11.1 includes 2.0.1, and the system monodoc didn't
show this behavior either.

Very strange...
