Test Case

When using multiple HttpWebRequest to perform requests in parallel, the
requests fail. This was accomplished using ThreadPool.QueueUserWorkItem to
create a large number (greater than 24) requests operating at once.

Found in Mono version 2.0 and 1.9.1 on Windows and Linux.

Repro:

The attached test case demonstrates the problem.

Actual Results:

System.Net.WebException: The request timed out
  at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.EndGetResponse (IAsyncResult asyncResult)
[0x0000
0]
  at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse () [0x00000]
  at Test.Program.DoGet () [0x00000]
(Repeated 30 times)
Done.

Expected Results (observed with .NET 3.5 on Windows Vista):

Done.
