Verified in r113654 on Linux.


Sorry about the size of the sample, some sort of 'simple issue' causes big
sample issue! :-'(  Of course as well as being required for the dev, the repro
is added for Thomas etc if they want to verify the fix in a release.  I'll have
to go and look at what I've written in the comments!  (The console input code
is from another project BTW).

I discovered this issue just checking all the controls' updating behavior and
hadn't connected this issue with DataBinding.  Nor had I'd realised you were
working on DataBinding.  I presume I should stop looking for DataBinding bugs
for now. :-)
