Patch

In Mono, Tab in the TextBox moves to the OK button.  In MSFT, the TextBox uses
the Tab keypress adding it to the text (Ctrl+Tab moves to OK).

Also, typing Escape should cancel, tab order should be set, and accelerator in
label to jump to the textbox.
