Geoff, I don't know what else to do on this. The instructions on how to
replicate are straight forward :( 
 - Install the Mono 2.0 RC1 dmg
 - Run myUML from wf-apps
 - draw a line on the canvas
 - (controls appear to the right of the canvas)

Expected results:
 - see attachement #233650 (from comment #17)

Actual results:
 - see attachment #217427 (from comment #5)  
 - it looks very similar to this anyway

How often does this happen?  always


Is it possible that the installer isn't cleaning up some library?  I run
uninstallMono.sh each time I test a new version. Is there something else I
could check?
