I did some testing with MSNET and they have lots of quirks as well. Fixing this
bug requires rewriting most of PropertyGrid and complex data structures to
describe the relation between the properties and their owners, especially when
it comes to value types. So I don't think this is a bug worth fixing. It's not
actually a bug since MSNET also has the quirks.
