On my system, the form does come up it just takes a lot of time, because we
execute a lot of code, especially in our MiniXML parser. Also, the program
seems to be calling Mono.Unix.Native.NativeConvert:FromPollEvents in an
infinite loop, so the the debug output should be infinite as well.

Try mono --trace bug.exe > /dev/null for testing purposes.
