Just remembered something ...

What happens if you try to continue after getting the signal 11 ?

It's possible, though unlikely, that the signal is caught somewhere and nothing
will happen if you resume.

In this case, we should use the new `config -stop-on-managed-signals' when
running monodevelop inside mdb - and try to figure out why we're getting the
signal.
