Is it enough to just start MonoDevelop inside the debugger, or do I need to do
anything in it ?

I tried about 10 times now and could now reproduce it.

This is Mono 2.2 from the branch, gtk-sharp from trunk, gnome-sharp from the
2.20 branch, mono-addins and mono-tools from trunk, monodevelop from trunk, on
a really fast x86_64 machine.
