A patch

Here is my first pass at a patch. Please note: I have NEVER touched the JIT
before in my life. I basically just greped around for sqrt and copied that
intrinsic. It seems to work, but I don't know if I got everything right. This
is a learning exercise for me. I only implemented this for the x86
architecture.
